Privacy, global standards for web

Approved the first set of rules 'Standard' for the protection of personal data on the Internet, shared internationally. It 'was launched today in Madrid by the World Summit of safeguard privacy. The approved standards are not binding for governments. But, says the guarantor Italian Francesco Pizzetti, constitute a strong pressure on governments' why 'to proceed on a path to global regulation'.
